EC JC Women's TeamOpens '79-'80Season East Central Junior Collegc Women open their 1979-80 basket ball season on Nov. 5-6 with a prc season tournament at East Central. The schedule for Nov. 5 at 6:3( p.m. is a game between Gulf Coas and Holmes, at 8:15 and Eas Mississippi plays East Central Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. Gul Coast plays East Mississippi and a 8:15 p.m. Holmes plays Eas Central.

East Central womens' team is th defending state champions, but gon from that championship team ar starters Charlene Jones of Fores Carla Halley of Morton and Bobbi Collier. Coach Lucille Wood is looking ; five returning sophomores and seve freshmen to mold into a team. Ea!
