Warriorettes score was Warriors score was 81-80. Kennamer was highes corer with 20 points followed by Mike Shirley of Morton with 18, Eddie Griffin of Walnut Grove with 16, and Ken Eiland of Louisville with 11. Stephanie Townsend of Lena was highest scorer for the Warriorettes with 24 points follow ed by Mattie Durnside of noxapate with 10 points. The Warriors will host Clarke College on February 11. This will be the last home game for the Warriors. Game time will be 7:00. Both the Warrior teams will b involved in South Division tourna ments February 15-20. 66-hc

The East Central Junior College Warriors and Warriorettes traveled to Wesson on February 1 where the Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln Junior College defeated the Warrior teams. The Warriorettes lost 81-70. The Warriors lost 92-72. Jo Ann Earnest of Forest with 12 points was the only double digit scorer for the, Warriorettes. Highest scorer for the Warriors was Ken Gilliland of Louisville with 20 points followed by Joe Kennamer of New Hope AL with 16 points. The Warrior teams hosted Pearl River Junior College on February 4. This was the last home game for the Warriorettes. Both the Warrior , teams were defeated by one ~ o i n t .
