Joel Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Nelson Jr. of Qewton,was recognized 'at the East Central Jr. College Athletic 3anquet as the Most Valuable Player on the golf team and for laving the Best Individual Average. Nelson finished second in the was one of six named to the All-State Team.
