SCHOLARSHIPRECIPIENT

Sue Savell, a sophoinore from Union, has been awarded a $100 Scholarship from the Neshoba- Newton Counties chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society, a women teachers organization. Sue plans to attend the University of Southern Ms. to major in journalism and English secondary education. At East Central, Sue is editor of the TOM-TOM and a' member of Phi Theta Kappa which she serves a s secretary. She is a member of the ECJC players a1 has taken part in productions of "Every Body a Secret" and "Sound of Music". She was selected to the East Central's Who's Who in American Juni lleges. -
