Scott Students Receive Achievement Scholarships

DEBBIE MCBEATH East Central Junior College has recently awarded Achievement Scholarships for the 1979-80 school year to students in the five county district. The tuition scholar- ships a r e awarded to the white students and the black student in each high school in the district with the highest grade point average who plans to attend East Central Junior College.
