Shelly Deshea Hill of Louisville has been awarded a n U p p e r c l a s s m a n Academic Scholarship and a Phi Theta Kappa Scholar- ship for the 1982-83 academic year at Mississippi State University. The scholarships a r e awarded on the basis of academic achievement in junior college. At East Central Junior College, Hill was a member of Phi Theta Kappa honorary and was included in Who's 'Who Among American Junior College Students. She
