Localstudents inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Phi Theta Kappa honor fraternity at East Central Junior College inducted nc members a t their annual banquet. Membership requirements state that a freshm must have a grade point average of 3.4 based on a 4.0 system and a sophomore musl maintain a 3.3grade point average for induction.
