Localstudent selected for Hall of Fame heila Welch of Decatur, Joan Alawine of and extra-curricular participation. A faculty Union, Randy Russell of Decatur, and James committee makes the selection from Wood of Louisville have been named to one of nominees made by both the faculty and the most prestigious honors at East Central students. A picture of each member will be Junior College, the Hall of Fame. Selectiomis hung in the foyer of Huff Auditorium with based on leadership, scholarship, cha r a c t ~ r nsct Hall of Pamr honorees.
