Vickers To Receive ECJC Faculty Award
Ovid Vickers, longtime English instructor at East Central Junior College, has been chosen to receive the 1982 "Distinguished Faculty Award" by the East Central Junior College Alumni Association. The selection of Vickers for this award was made on the basis of his love of teaching, his interest in students, and his ability to enliven his classes while not diminishing the effectiveness of his teaching.
