DIRECTS THffiD MUSICAL--Cy Williams, Speech and Drama Instructor at East Mississippi Junior College, Scooba, ls directing his third musical, "Bye Bye Birdie", now is progress at the college auditorium. Williams, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Williams of Union, is a 1973 graduate of Union High School. He also was (Uaduated from East Central Junior College and Delta State·University.
