FINISHING TOUCHES-These three students at East Central Junior College helped workmen put the finishing touches on a new sign constructed on the Decatur campus recently. Placing the last letters are, from left to right: Kay Gardner of Forest, Elise Pepper of Carthage, and Roy Fulton of Louisville.
