MISS ECJC AND BEAUTIES-Miss Debra Barnes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burdell Barnes of Philadelphia, won the title of Miss East Central Junior College in a scholarship [tageant held last Thursday night on the Decatur campus. Runner-up to Miss Barnes was Miss Tanya Majure, dauglJJer: of Mrs. Ed Majure of Union. Alternate beauties were Sharon Hill of Louisville, Pam Newell of Decatur, and Gloria Hollingsworth of Lake.
