Halley Signs With ECJC Morton Pantherette Carla Halley recently signed a two-year basketball scholarship with East Central Junior College. Halley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Johnson. Also present for the signing were Pantherette Coach Ral'__Ril_y and ECJC Coach Lucille Wood.
