UNION MAN RECEIVES SILVER MEDALION--Wendall Williams of Union (center back) was one of three Vocational students at East Central Junior College to win silver medalions for second place recognition at the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America Convention held early this month. standing with him are the other two winners, Mike Cumberland, of Philadelphia (left) who won in the architectural drafting field, and Don Oxner of Lena (right) who won in the trouble shooting in radio. and tv category.
