Mr. & Miss East Central Miss Susie Tingle of Philadelphia and Britt Dickens of Carthage have been named Mr. and Miss East Central · Junior College in students elections on the Decatur campus. Miss Tingle is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy ,Tingle of Philadelphia and a sophomore majoring in DSecondary Education. Dickens is the son of Mr. and Mrs . Ide B. Dickens Jr. of Carthage. He is a sophomore ' majoring in Physical E~ucation. Both will be featured in lthe student annual, Th~ WO-HE-LO, later this year.
