Twenty four students representing Highl Schools in Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott, ., and Winston Counties are attending East Central Junior College at Decatur this fall on Academic Achievement Scholarships. The . announcement was made by the College Dean of Students, Denver Brackeen. Achievement Scholarships are given to students wishing to attend East Central; ~d who have maintained the highest Academic average for his or her school.
