Leake Band Students Attend ECJC Clinic

students from Newton, Hickory, Morton, Sebastopol, Carthage, Choctaw Central, Beulah Hubbard, . South Leake, and Vicksburg were in attendance.

The East Central Junior College band clinic was renewed this year under the direction of James Dykes, band director, with band– smen from high schools in the five-county college district attending. The clinic began January 14th, with registration, followed by tryouts for seating arrangements in the two bands. The bands · were named the Black and the Gold after ECJC's school colors.
