Mississippi's outstanding junior college football pro- gram will again be spotlighted in Tueplo on the night of No- vember 24,1972, with the play- ing of the Junior College All- Star Classic. The game will -the top sophomores junior college players who will be divided into a North team and a South team. Davis Kelly, son of Mrs. P. C. Kelly of Highpoint, who plays defehsive back on the East Central Junior College team , is one of the North team All-Star players. Davis, who weighs 175 pounds, feature 54 of
