Rigby Named Fred's Manager gltn "--I ' Bill Rigby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rigby of ~ores t , '%i i been named manager of the Fred's Discount Store in Hammond, Louisiana. Rigby was graduated from Forest high school and attended East Central Junior College. Rigby had been manager oi the Fred's Store in Hattiesburg for a year. Rigby's wife, Regina, is formerly of Newton. She will be employed a t Citizens National Bank in Hammond. Rigby joined the Fred's team in May, 1976 in Carthage. He advanced through the manager-trainee program and became manager two years later in Hattiesburg. Rigby is also involved in acting. This summer he was in the musical production "The King and I" with the Hattiesburg Civic Lighi Opera and was in a three-act play "Accommodations" with the Hattiesburg Little Theater. reg in^ =as also in a HLT productl "The Innocents "
