VICA Conducts Annual Fruit Sale

The last day to place an order is Monday, Nov. 22. With the motto "Preparing for Leadership in the World of Work" the ECJC VICA attempts to foster a wholesome understanding of the fun- ctions of labor and management organizations and a recognition of their mutual interdependen- ce, and to create among students, faculty mem- bers, patrons of the school, and persons in in- dustry a sincere interest in and esteem for trade, industrial, technical, and health occupations education. -- -

The East Central Junior College Chapter of Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) plans, organizes, and carries out worthwhile ac- tivities and projects throughout the year. One project currently underway is the annual fruit sale. VICA is selling cases of fresh picked navel oranges ($14), hamilin oranges ($12), tangelos ($12), and pink grapefruit ($10).
