WARRIOR BAND MEMBERGTwo Neshoba County students a r e members of the 1977-78 edition of the East Central Junior College Warrior Band. They include Emmett Nowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Nowell, and Charles Burks, son of 'l Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Burks, both of Philadelphia.
