NEW ADDITION - A new addition to the East Central Junior College campus, Decatur, is the recently constructed Physical Education Building. This $392,000 building was fcrmally dedicated at Homecoming ceremonies, Nov. 7. The building houses classrooms for hygiene and first-aid in– struction in addition to facilities for boys and ~rls' phsical education classes and playing areas for badminton, volleyball, and basketball. Also included are dressing rooms for intercollegiate sports and storage rooms and offices for the faculty. Taking part in the dedication were representatives m Mason Construction Company andMcMullan architects, Brad Tucker, academic dean; Lucy Young, student body president; Joe Clark, athletics ; Paul Simmons, alumni; and Dr. Cllarles V. WriWit. president of the college.
