EC signs 11 from County East Central Junior College coach Ken Pouncey said Tuesday that · eleven Newton County boys had been signed to scholarships to play for the Warriors next season. The eleven players, at least one from each of the county's five public high schools, will join twenty-six other freshman signees and 15 returning lettermen from last season's S-S ball club. Pouncey said five of the local players will come from Decatur; split end Rex Wind– ham; linebacker/tight end Randy Russell; running back/defensive back Wayne Baucuon; defensive back/ qu~erback Todd Wall; and running back Ronnie Parker.
