" Phi Theta Kappa Members Phi Theta Kappa honor fraternity at East Central Junior College indu~ted new members at the annual PTK banquet. Membership requirements state that a Freshman must have a grade point average of 3.4 based on a 4.0 system and a Sophomore must maintain a 3.3 grade point ava"Bp for indudion. New members from Scott County are: (seated) Greg Shoemaker, Stella Posey, - ·and Todd Vance; (standing) Bill Watson, Shane Breland, and Derrick Pace.
