WINS FIRST

Delores Welford [standing right] of Decatur,. a junior cosmotology student at East Central Junior College was ret'.!ently selected the first place state winner in the Mississippi VICE Skill Olympics. Miss Welford was judged on trend cut, permanent wave and color, and trend style with daytime and evening comb out. Delores wjll represent Mississippi in the National VICA Skill Olympics to be held in Birmingham June 26-30.
