FIRST PLACE WINNER Jeffrey Worrell, a Car· pentry student at East Central Junior College, will represent Mississippi at the National Vocational Clubs of America [VICA] Convention in Louisville, Kentucky June 21-26. Jeffrey placed first in State competition on the Mississippi GuH Coast April 29·May 1. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Worrell of Deca· tur.
